Class 11: WebGL Chrome Experiments using Google's Chrome Browser

For this assignment I had to check out the Google Chrome 3D Experiments on Google Chrome's web browser. There were a lot of different experiments and quite a few fun ones. There are 3 different experiments I chose for this post. Here is the link I used to get there, https://www.chromeexperiments.com/webgl,3d?page=4&sort=newest.

The first experiment I worked with was call, "WebGL Maze". In this experiment it was a timed game and you had to get from beginning to end. Each level got more difficult. By level three you could run into obstacles. One in particular turned the screen upside down which made it really difficult to maneuver around. There were also blocks labelled "Jump" and you could jump extra high to cheat a little and figure out which way to go next. Here is the link I used for this experiment, http://www.spacegoo.com/maze/.

The next Google Chrome experiment I chose was called "JS Racing". This was your typical racing game that everyone plays. It's timed and you have to make a certain number of laps. There are also other people playing against you, which I thought was pretty cool. I had to use the "W, A, S, D" keys to move the car forward, backward, left and right. Here is the link for this experiment, http://js-racing.knockknock.jp:3000/.

The third and final experiment I tried was called "Swoop". This was probably the most entertaining game that I found. It took me a little while to figure out how to play this game since I wasn't provided with instructions (many of the experiments didn't). I had to keep the plane in the air while collecting gems. If I collected a star it regained some fuel. If I hit bigger gems It was sort of a power up and I got extra coins (shown in the last screenshot).
